While watching the video on capitalism I had learned a lot about the viewpoints of CEO's and the major players of the stock market. While listening to Moore talk about capitalism and democracy, I was astounded with the way that the top 1% are trying to run this country. When Moore was talking about the life insurance policies that top corporations pull out on their workers, he had interviewed the spouses of the workers that had died. While talking to them they had all been upset and destroyed at the way that a company can just do that and not care about anything but themselves. So when it comes to online classes in college I fell like most students would prefer face to face classes just for the extra help and face time. When working on online classes for the past half semester I have felt myself zoning out and not having the motivation because of the courses being online and not having such a severe late policy. I have still been getting the work done, just not as good as I could be if they were face to face and still had the late work policies. With work I am struggling to find the time to complete every assignment and work as many hours as I need to, just because I do not have the dedicated class time to work on assignment every day. I still do not know how I feel about the P/Z grades either, because I was hearing somewhere that they could effect how universities are able to transfer the credits. The media in this day and age has a tremendous impact on how society views problems and certain views. Every media teams wants society to believe what they are reporting on and telling us even if it is not the whole truth. The major issue with the media today is that whenever anyone in society sees an article from the media they wholeheartedly believe every single word they try and tell them. Lets take all of the stories about Covid-19 so far. The only thing the media is telling us about it is how many deaths there are from it, they are not telling you that the recovery rate is over 90 percent. The media has such a huge impact on what societies believe and cause mass panic whenever something serious like Covid-19 shows up. The only thing they really care about is their rating and how much they are profiting from the lies they are telling you. So I work at Barro's Pizza on 59th and Thunderbird and we're considered an essential workplace since we can deliver food. With all the drama going on about Covid-19 my managers want to take every precaution they can to protect all of the workers, which is a great thing. We always get customers that come in to pickup their order and they wont be wearing a mask or gloves and they will be coughing and sneezing and they will use their hand to wipe their nose and get mad at me for putting gloves on to take their payment. It sometimes scares me how much people can care so little about their own safety and other peoples safety and do stuff like that. After we have a major rush I take a bleach towel and wipe everything down that anyone could have possibly touched, which is pretty much everything. People often use hashtags to show their pictures to other individuals using the same hashtags. I know that you can make a hashtag for pretty much anything. For instance, if somebody posts a picture on instagram about their car they can include hashtags about the model of car or the kind of parts they have put on their car. I have never used hashtags myself but I feel if I did use them I feel like I would not use any that are excessive or ones that I do not need to use for my post or whatever I am doing. Right now with everything going on in the world I know that COVID-19 is a popular hashtag as well as anything oil related because of Saudi Arabia and Russia. When thinking about what I wanted to go into college for it was either between cars and technology. When I first started thinking about going to college I really felt like I would want to be able to work on cars and and do bodywork and stuff like that since there are always accidents so I would always have work to do. After a while I realized  that that really is not what i wanted to go for since I have always been interested by technology and how it works. In my free time I enjoy working on my computer and finding ways how I can make it better and solve problems on it whenever they occur. I also enjoy making code for games and software. I decided to go into software engineering/programming just because of the aspect of problem solving when it comes to code and being able to make my own ideas a thing by being able to know how to do that kind of stuff.
