Entry #6 Capitalism is not capitalism

When you think about America you think about democracy and capitalism. Most people see the old America. They see Americans living their best life and not having about companies infringing on their rights. While watching Moore's film I was thinking about how many of my friends and family had been a part of stuff that they had been doing, like the life insurance policies companies are pulling out for their workers without notifying them. Americans should not live in a constant state of fear of losing their jobs or wondering how they are going to support themselves or their families. As citizens we should be able to live the lives that we want to live and be paid what we should be payed to be able to support ourselves and our families. As Americans we should be able to decide how companies get to run their businesses, especially if what they are doing is directly effected us as workers. I have still been getting the work done, just not as good as I could be if they were face to face and still had the late work policies. With work I am struggling to find the time to complete every assignment and work as many hours as I need to, just because I do not have the dedicated class time to work on assignment every day. I still do not know how I feel about the P/Z grades either, because I was hearing somewhere that they could effect how universities are able to transfer the credits. So if I would have to re-take the classes that I have already taken I do not know if I am going to or not. It also does not help that the media is very one sided w...
